Refund policy

At Femvisionary, we want every customer to have a fair and transparent experience while maintaining product quality and protecting our store’s rights. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, but only in specific situations. These include receiving a product that is different from what was ordered, a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, errors in size or weight stated on the product, or if the product does not meet the stated standard specifications.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all parts intact. Proof of purchase must also be provided.

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include art products or tools that have been opened or used, items damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer, and sale or discounted items (if applicable).

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by Femvisionary if the issue is caused by the store, such as a wrong or defective product.
